Edna Pearl Lutz, 92, of Logansport died at 2:15 a.m. today in Miller's Merry Manor. She was born Sept. 2, 1896, in Cass County to Walter and Nellie Eckley House. She was married April 12, 1916, to Ralph F. Lutz, who died March 12, 1951. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Market Street United Methodist Church, and the church's Friendship Class and Myra Gordon Group. She was a member of the Onward Grange. Surviving are a son, R. Weldon Lafayette; a daughter, Marian Lutz, Logansport; a sister Alta Hyman, Kokomo; two grandaughters; and three great grandchildren. A sister and a brother preceded in death. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in McCloskey-Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dan Motto officiating. Burial will be in Galveston Cemetery.
