OBITUARY-
AUSTIN -- The funeral for Agnes E. Kamp will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Austin, with the Rev. William Natzke officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

Mrs. Kamp, 81, of 405 First St. S.W., a former employee of Dorothy's Fabric Shop, died Wednesday (May 22, 1996) at St. Mark's Lutheran Home in Austin.

Agnes Hartz was born Dec. 4, 1914, in Hartland, Minn., graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1932 and moved to Austin that year. On Dec. 16, 1938, she married Herbert Kamp at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Mrs. Kamp was employed by Hormel Foods Corp. from 1932 to 1945 and worked at Dorothy's Fabric Shop from 1961 to 1976. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and its ladies aid and Bible study.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sandra Spencer of White Bear Lake, Minn.; a son, Dennis of Austin; and two grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin and an hour before the service Saturday at the church. There will be no reviewal.
Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.
