Mrs. Kujawski is survived by two sons, Tom Kujawski and Ken Kujawski, both of South Bend, IN; two grandchildren, Mitch (Jordan Farber) Kujawski of Mishawaka, IN and Jenna Kujawski of Muncie, IN and her first great grandchild is due in a few days. She is also survived by her sister, Rosalie (Alan) Hernly of Fort Wayne, IN; two nephews, Chris Hernly and Dan (Michelle) Hernly and great nephew, Evan Hernly.
Mrs. Kujawski began working at Hooks Drug Store and retired from CVS as a clerk and pharmacy assistant. She also worked as a Para professional for the Mishawaka School Corporation. She loved reading, sewing and working in her yard.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the services Saturday in the funeral home.
