He was born April 10, 1932 in Perry, Oklahoma to Ira and Faye Moore Burdick.
He was a United States Air force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Raymond retired from the US Postal Service after 25 years of service and was a regular at Susan's Restaurant.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ava Burdick.
He is survived by his sons: Alan Burdick and wife Bee-Lay of Lowell and Randall Burdick of Springdale, their adoptive son, Manuel Fuentes of Springdale. Two grandchildren Jayne Jostad and husband Logan of Rogers and Aaron Phillips of Lafayette, LA
Graveside services will be Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Ogden Cemetery in Madison County with Larry Petton officiating.
