Johnny Faglie, 68, of Hillsboro passed away April 16, 2014 in Waco. He was born September 30, 1945 to Ray and Mattie Wade Faglie in Hill County near Vaughan.
He was raised and went to school in Aquilla. He married Jan Poe. He worked in road construction most of his life and was owner of Faglie Construction and Paving. He was known for his work ethic, hard work and honesty.
Preceding him in death were his parents and twin sister, Billie Hunter in January 2013.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, sons, daughters, grand children; aunt, brothers, C. W. Faglie, Bobby Joe Faglie and Jack Faglie; sisters, Peg Stewart, Sue Faglie and Janie Hartley as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held April 21, 2014 at Central Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro. Visitation will be April 20, 2014 at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.
