Kevin graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Federal Way in 1978 and attended Bellevue Community College on a Basketball scholarship before attending Washington State University, where he became a lifelong Cougar Football fanatic. At WSU, Kevin was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity. For job related reasons, Kevin relocated to the Bay Area in 1992. While living in California, Kevin earned his Masters Degree in Business. This eventually led to a position in San Diego working with Wells Fargo Bank, where he met the love of his life, Candace Kaye in 2000.
Kevin and Candace where married in 2001 and built a beautiful family. They were blessed with a daughter, Jessica Renee, 5 and a son, Jason Tyler, 3, both of whom he cherished and was extremely proud of. In 2005, their jobs took them to Chandler, Arizona. Kevin was living the happiest years of his life with the family he had always wanted. Sadly, Kevin was a victim of violence and his life was stolen from us. Kevin was an incredible loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle, and he died a hero, protecting his family.
Funeral Services will be held on Sat., July 29th at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Bellevue WA.
