Stanislaus Krajeck Stricken Late Yesterday and Dies In a Few Minutes
Death came quickly to Stanislaus Krajeck, 94 year old Two Rivers resident and retired farmer, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nick Beitzel, 1409 Twentieth street, with whom he and his aged wife made their home. He was about as usual yesterday and at four in the afternoon he was suddenly stricken with a heart attack and died a few minutes later.
Coming to this country from Germany in 1870, where he had been married in 1861 to Miss Anna Mileski, the couple located on a farm on the Range line road, which they continued to operate until twenty-five years, when they removed to Two Rivers to make their home. They resided here ever since.
Besides the widow the deceased is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Peter Becker and Mrs. Nick Beitzel of this city and Mrs. John Kotchl of Antigo and four sons, Walter, John and Albert Krajeck of this city and Anton of Wheaton, Minn. There are also 27 grandchildren and two great grandchildren surviving.
The deceased was a devout member of the St. Luke's congregation and the funeral will be held from that church on Tuesday morning, a requiem high mass being sung at nine o'clock. Interment will be at Pioneers Rest cemetery [sic].
