She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church; Women's Builders Class of the church; Women's Missionary Society and Golden Anniversary Club; Ladies Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.
She is survived by daughter, Mrs. Lillian Wellinger, Hagerstown; sons, Edgar F. Wade and Frank R. Wade, both of Hagerstown; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Grace Ambrose, Westminster, Mrs. Hazel Carper, Baltimore, and Mrs. Edna Spigler, Hagerstown.
Services were held at the Coffman Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
