Jean C. Schultz, age 80, of 2214 Jefferson St., Two Rivers, died peacefully at home, Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 26, 2006.
Jean was born Sept. 14, 1926, in Kewaunee, daughter of the late John and Lucille (Messman) Pelican Entringer. On Aug. 9, 1947, Jean married LeRoy Schultz at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. She grew up in Algoma and later settled in Two Rivers. Jean was a homemaker who also worked many years at St. Luke Parish Rectory. She was also a member of the Two Rivers Senior Center.
Survivors include her husband: LeRoy Schultz, Two Rivers; three daughters and sons-in-law: Karen and Eugene Durocher, Two Rivers; Judith and Henry Klein, Plymouth; Jane Loeh, Cooperstown; two grandchildren: Jennifer (Steven) Bauer, Richland Center; Brian (Jennifer) Klein, Spring Green; four great-grandchildren: Madelyn and Hannah Bauer; Ryan and Jacob Klein; one sister: Beatrice "Betty" Vanderbusch, Two Rivers; four brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law: Jane Schultz, Two Rivers; Marie Schultz, Menominee Falls; Earl and Lois Schultz, Mequon; Louis Schultz Jr., Dale and Marilyn Schultz, all of Two Rivers; Carl "Pat" Schultz, Mesa, Ariz.; three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law: Louise Olsen, Two Rivers; Shirley Holschbach, rural Manitowoc; Carol "Patsy" and Frank Novy, Two Rivers. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Jean was also preceded in death by her stepfather: Walter Entringer; son-in-law: Henry Loeh; two infant brothers and one infant sister; seven brothers-in-law: Marvin Vanderbusch; Robert Schultz; Harold Olsen; Orville Holschbach; Daniel Schultz, Raymond Schultz; Richard Wondrash; three sisters-in-law: Leona Wondrash; Eleanor Schultz, Grace Schultz; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Louis and Clara Schultz.
Private family funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Ken Coenen. Cremation will take place after the service with burial of the cremated remains at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
