Benedict leaves to his son Arnold $100, son Emerson $100, son Jonas $100. To his other children Eunice W. Felton, Amy A. Mack, Caroline Crane, and Daniel Saben he leaves nothing. All the remainder of his estate is to go to his wife Hannah. Son Daniel was named executor.
