EVELYN FREDERICKSON

Wakefield, Neb. -- Evelyn E. Frederickson, 80, of Wakefield died Saturday in a care center in Wakefield. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Evangelical Convention Church in Wakefield. The Rev. Neil Peterson will officiate. Burial will be in the Wakefield Cemetery under the direction of the Bressler Funeral Home.

Mrs. Frederickson, the former Evelyn Edith Gunning, was born December 24, 1902 in Morrison, Ill. She married Alvin Frederickson Aug. 19, 1922, in Sioux City. They farmed in the Wakefield area. He died in 1982.

Mrs. Frederickson was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include one daughter, Iris Larson of Wakefield; four sons, Keith of Omaha, Robert of Sioux City, Don of Denver, Colo. and David of Wakefield; one brother, Emerson of Roseville, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Joe (Bertha) Brooks of Manistee, Mich.; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
