BARNUM TEACHER DIES THURSDAY

Miss Ellen Williams, for three years principal of the Barnum public schools died at her home at 1611 First avenue north Thursday night, following a two weeks' illness from pneumonia.

Miss Williams was exceptionally well known in Fort Dodge. She has been very prominent in school circles throughout the county for several years.

She leaves three sisters, Miss Hanna (sic) Williams of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Kate Knutson of Badger, and Mrs. William O'Hara of Council Bluffs; three brothers, John Williams of Marshalltown, Andrew Williams of Fort Dodge, and Mike Williams of Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart church at 11:00 o'clock Saturday morning. Interment will be in Corpus Christi cemetery.
