Joseph Vrecenar died Thursday, February 20,1997. Joe was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Houston in 1963. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked for Armco/National Supply, where he served as a computer operator until his retirement. Joe was an avid bowler, and enjoyed walking in the galleria. Proceeded in death by his brother, Michael Vrecenar. Survived by wife of 56 years, Margaret Vrecenar; sons, Joe and his wife Stacie, Steve, and daughter Michelle; grandchildren, Marcie, John, James, Ryan, Tom, and Jennifer; sister Margaret and brother Tony.
