Mrs. Joseph Gasper, 75, of the Town of Mishicot, died Wednesday night at the farm home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. August Becher, with whom she had resided for the past 11 years. She had been in failing health for the past four months.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. W. G. Haese officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Gasper, nee Emma Kampf, was born in the Town of Two Rivers, a daughter of the late Frederick and Theresa Trautman Kampf. She was married to Joseph Gasper on March 26, 1901 and the couple observed its golden wedding anniversary in 1951. Mr. Gasper died at the farm home in 1954.

Surviving Mrs. Gasper are another daughter, Mrs. William Mull of Two Rivers, two sons, Joseph Jr. of Two Rivers, and Oscar Jasper of Rt. 1 Two Rivers, and nine grandchildren. A son, Edward Jasper, died in 1918.

Friends may call at the Klein & Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 2 p.m. Friday.
