CARL GUSTAV ANDERSON, 78, of 301 La Serena, Orchard Springs, Winter Haven, Fla., died MOnday, Aug. 13, 1984 at the Winter Haven Hospital, Winter Haven, Fla.

A son of John A. And Marie Olson Anderson, he was born Aug, 19, 1905 at Saffle, Sweden.

Formerly of the Indiana area, Mr. Anderson had resided at Mt. Prospect, Ill., before moving to Winter Haven, Fla. in 1976. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church at Haines City, Fla.

Mr. Anderson was a retired electrical engineer having worked for the Balley Corp. at Chicago, Ill. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Surviving are his wife, two daughters, four grandchildren and a brother.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Frank T. Mihalcik Funeral Home, Indiana, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, with the Rev. Timothy Monroe officiating. Internment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
