Husband of Jessi (Rice) Clark. Youngest son of Enoch White Clark and Sarah Crawford (Dodge) Clark.
Severely wounded in the Battle of Chancellorsville in 1863, he later became president of the Lake Superior & Mississippi Railroad.
Member of the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry. AKA "First City Troop".
