Henderson, TN: Connie Sue Waddle Climer age 75 passed away April 27, 2014 at Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born July 2, 1938 in Lexington, TN the daughter of the late Alfred Thomas and Georgia Mae Dodd Waddle. She was married to Albert Climer in 1956. They made their home in Henderson, TN. She was a seamstress at Chester County Mfg. for twelve years and MKD Mfg. for ten years prior to retiring in 2000. She attended the Faith Fellowship Church.
She is survived by a son, DeWayne Climer and wife Tracy of Henderson and a daughter, Stella Maness of Henderson; grandchildren, Timothy Maness, Renee Lowrance, Ronnie Maness (Amy), Jacob Climer and four great grandchildren, Brittney Miller, Logan Lowrance, Seraphina Climer and Adley Marie Maness and a step grandson, James Redmond.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Albert Climer, June of 2011 and three sisters, Thelma Singleton, Exell Tart and Geraldine Easter.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at Shackelford Funeral Directors-Johnson Chapel with Ken Frye officiating and burial will follow in Johnson Crossroads Cemetery at Jacks Creek, TN.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday.
