Whitey was born early in 1941, the year my twin brothers were born in late September. He was a loving puppy and helped me watch after my baby brothers. We had lot of happy times playing and doing chores. When my brothers were a little older they became real pals with Whitey. When the boys were a few months old our family moved to another farm that my parents were buying. Whitey was a joy to our family eight years. Then in January 1949 we moved to Kansas City, Missouri leaving our dear dog with the renter of our farm. In a short time Whitey grieved his life away never to be seen again. So sad.
