Mrs. Elsie E. Kerr, 48, of Houston, died at her home there at 9:30 a.m. last Thursday. She had been a resident of that city for 22 years and was a member of the Evangelical Church.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Friday, with Rev. L. Vajda officiating. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, E.O. Kerr; two sons, Richard O. and Raymond A. Kerr, both of Houston; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Jean Scwortz of Houston; four sisters, Mrs. Henrietta Myska and Mrs. Hulda Myska, both of Beasley, Mrs. Carolyn Robbins of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Edna McWhorter of Highlands; four brothers, Ben Wehring of Rosenberg, Ernest Wehring of Refugio, Lee Wehring and Gus Wehring, both of Corpus Christi.
