Debra A. Krestar, age 48 of Rose City, passed away suddenly on October 25, 2004. She had lived in Rose City since 1992, formerly of Hale. She was employed at the Faull Inn of Rose City and attended Kirtland Community College. She enjoyed outdoor activities, cooking and taking care of her family.
Debra is survived by her friend and soul mate, Jerry Neubecker of Rose City, daughters--Amanda Neubecker of Freeland, Stephanie Neubecker of Midland and Jillian Neubecker of Bay City, her parents, Joseph and Gladys Russell of Windber, PA, sisters--Billy Jo (Den) Miller of Falling Waters, WV, Sue (Ray) Sheltrown of Alger and Cathy (Bob) Lawery of Windber PA, her brother Joe (Rita) Russell of Beaverdale, PA and many many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her niece Marci Sheltrown.
