Julius Brunelle, age 77 of Route 2, Box 497, Menominee, Michigan, died Saturday at Bay Area Medical Center of Menominee, Michigan.

Mr. Brunelle was born March 27, 1908 in Houghton, Michigan. He worked from 1943 until retiring in 1973 as a chrome plater at the former Lloyd Manufacturing Company of Menominee. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Church of Birch Creek and the Lloyd Retirees.

He married the former Vina Poquette June 20, 1932 in Spaulding, Michigan.

She survives with two daughters: Mrs. Arnold (Beverly) Belair of Manitowoc, Wisconsin and Mrs. John (Dorothy) Przewrocki of Menominee, Michigan; two sons: Dennis and Edward of Menominee, Michigan; two sisters: Sister M. Acutina of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Lillian Becks of Munising, Michigan; three brothers: Albert of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Louis of Menominee, Michigan and Walter of Granada Hills, California; 8 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm today at the Kell-Walker Funeral Home. Liturgical prayers will be said at 6 pm. Final rites will be conducted at 11 am Tuesday at the church. The Rev. Joseph Gouin will officiate. Burial will be in Birch Creek Cemetery.
