Sister of Marion, Robert and Irma. Very active in her church, initiated and directed the Junior Choir. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the radiation she received for treatment left her paralyzed from the waist down. She never allowed her disability to discourage her, and remained one of the most cheerful, faith-filled persons I've ever known. Loved music, sang with Capital Hill Choral Society. When the pastor asked her what hymns she wanted sung at her funeral she said, "All of them!"
