Alexander Rites At Bethany, April 14th

Abner J Alexander, 49, died at his home on Route 1, Bremen, last Saturday. Funeral services were held on Sunday, April 14th, at Bethany with the Rev. Ben McCain and Rev. Clyde Sharpton officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Mutual Service in charge.

Surviving Mr. Alexander are: his widow, Mrs. Josie Alexander; four sons, Alvin, Albert, Eskel and Athil; three daughters, Mrs. Novil Wooten, Mrs. Ivory Tolbert, Mrs. Tressie May Stone; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Stewart of Trade, and Mrs. Donnie Nesmith of Cullman.
