ROSS A., DIANE R., and their son DEVAN A. GOLDBERG passed away May 8, 2004 in an auto accident in Lavaca County. Family will receive friends 6:00-9:00 P.M., Friday, May 14, 2004 with a Rosary at 7:30 P.M. in the Chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services 10:30 A.M. Saturday, May 15, 2004 at Windwood Presbyterian Church 10555 Spring Cypress Road Houston, Texas. Private Graveside Services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Goldberg Memorial Family Trust, #031084060 at any Sterling Bank for the surviving son Dylan Goldberg.

From the accident report: This beautiful family were victims of a drunk driver whom also killed the driver in the car behind Ross and his family.Taken from this world by an intoxicated driver of a pickup. He was just seven and half months old. He is surived by brother Dylan Goldberg.
