Brian D. Greenwood, age 58, of 3100 Southbrook Court, Manitowoc, died on Friday morning, Sept. 10, 2010, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Brian was born Jan. 19, 1952, in Two Rivers, son of the late Raymond and Virginia (Wiese) Greenwood. He was employed with the Holiday House, Manitowoc, as an assembler for over 20 years. Brian was a medalist in the Special Olympics and was a lifelong fan of "The Wizard of Oz."

He was also preceded in death by one brother: Wayne Greenwood; and his dog and best friend, Chico.

Private family services were held.
The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staffs at Holiday House and Rainbow House for their care and compassion shown toward Brian and his family.
