Irene Sitkawitz, age 89, of 1911 Hamilton St., Manitowoc, died Thursday, April 29, 1993, at St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 3, 1993, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Concelebrating the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Revs. Roman Zbieranski O.F.M. and Tom Wojciechowski O.F.M., with burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The former Irene Ziarnik was born July 25, 1903, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Anton and Blanche Becker Ziarnik. She married Charles Sitkawitz June 21, 1922, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death May 31, 1968. For over 70 years Mrs. Sitkawitz was a member of the Rosary and Altar Society of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
