Lakeland- Billy R. Adams, age 81, died November 18, 2011 at home of heart failure. Billy was born on May 14, 1930 in Adamsville, Fl. to Paul G. & Hazel (Davis) Adams.
Billy moved to Lakeland from Bartow 54 years ago. Billy was a millwright, devoted family man and avid hunter, a member of Ardella Baptist Church.
Billy is survived by his wife of 54 years Libby Adams, daughters Elaine (Johnny) Bowman, Sherian (James) Albritton, son Ken (Donna) Adams,six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, brother's Leon & Carl Adams, sister Elva Elwell.
Memorial services will be held Monday November 21, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at Ardella Baptist Church- 709 W. Pipkin Rd. Lakeland. with Dr. David Morton officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice. 105 Arneson Ave. Auburndale, Fl. 33823.
