Kevin John Sherva was born November 11, 1965, in Northwood, ND, the son of John and Loretta (Balstad) Sherva. He was baptized and confirmed his faith in the Ebenezer Lutheran Church and was a 1984 graduate of Northwood High School. In 1986 he graduated from NDSSS in Wahpeton with a degree in Plumbing, Cooling and Heating. Kevin has been employed by Northwood Plumbing and Heating for the past 22 years.
He was united in marriage to Shari Sieg on September 5, 1987 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Northwood. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, but his boys were his pride and joy.
Kevin is survived by and will be deeply missed by his wife, Shari; sons, Brock and Logan at home; his parents, John and Loretta Sherva, Northwood, ND; brothers, Darin (Kathy) Sherva, Nathan (Jennifer) Sherva, all of Fargo, ND; sister, Robyn (Kevan) Rusk, East Grand Forks, MN; grandmother, Ellen Balstad, Hatton, ND; mother and father-in-law, Gerald and Beverly Sieg, Reynolds, ND; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Matthew and Lauren Rusk, Abbie, Emily and Lucas Sherva; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Ruth Sherva and Martin Balstad.

The interment will be in the Northwood City Cemetery.
