Deloris O. Aplin, 89 of rural Reedsville, passed away at home on Sunday, December 1, 2013.

She was born August 4, 1924 to Norbert and Ida (Ziemer) Horn. On June 14, 1947, she married Eugene R. Aplin at Peace Ev and Reformed Church in Brillion. He preceded her in death on May 2, 1986. Her daughter Wendy and husband David provided a home for Deloris for the past 27 years where they provided loving care until her untimely passing. Deloris enjoyed watching television, especially Lawrence Welk, and she loved spending time up at the cabin and camping with her family. Everyday, Deloris either talked to or spent time with her children.

Deloris is survived by her three children; daughter: Rhonda (Denis) Raleigh of Green Bay, and their children, Kelly Moses of Reedsville and Jason (Stephanie) Raleigh of Somerset; daughter: Wendy (David) Roberts of Reedsville and their children Eric (Rebecca) Roberts of Brillion and Kyle Roberts of Milwaukee; and son: Gary (Lynn) Aplin of Green Bay, and their children Benjamin and his fiancée (Amanda) Little Chute and Travis of Green Bay.

She is also survived by six great grandchildren; Eliana Roberts, Tristan Moses, Esme Moses, Connor Raleigh, Lauren Raleigh and Karson Fieck; four sister-in-laws; Betty (Royal) Becker, Bonnie (Ken) Monty, Nancy Aplin, and Darlene (Jerome) Mertz, and one brother-in-law James Aplin.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene, parents Norbert and Ida, brothers-in-law: Jerome Aplin, Harvey Hartz and Willard Knoespel, and three sisters-in-law: Janice Hartz, Delores Knoespel and Audrey Aplin

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Peace United Church of Christ in Brillion. Rev. Kris Borns will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, town of Kossuth.

Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
