Aaron Young Passes Away
Aaron Miller Young, 79, passed away early yesterday morning at his home on Waller rd., between Lodi and Stockton, after an illness of eight years.
A native of Indiana, he went to Nebraska in 1883 with his parents. He came to Riverside, Calif., when he was 19, but returned to Nebraska in 1899 to be married.
With his wife, Lottie, Mr. Young moved to Idaho, where they lived for 27 years. He retired from farming and moved to Lodi in 1947, and a year later to Waller rd., at Rt. 3, Box 468, Stockton.
Besides his widow, Mr. Young is survived by four daughters and two sons. They are Mrs. Laura Goforth of Lodi; Mrs. Evan Chapman, Boise, Ida.; Mrs. Florence McLaughlin of Coos Bay, Ore.; Mrs. Delta Carlson, Rock Springs, Wyo.; Albert Young, American Falls, Ida., and Wilbur Young of Torrington, Conn.
He was the brother of Mrs. Margaret Simmons, Alma, Neb., ad Mrs. Cora Guthrie of Norton, Kansas.
Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
