Sue will always be remembered for her sense of humor and her intense love of animals. She adopted many animals over the years. They were her children, her life. She had a long list of serious illnesses, including insulin dependant diabetes, kidney failure resulting in dialysis, kidney transplant, and in the end lung cancer. But, as the minister said today, she wasn't concerned for herself for she was at peace with the Lord. She was concerned for those around her that weren't. She was an exceptional person and I will miss her terribly.

Her request was instead of flowers, she had established the Sue Martin Animal Rescue Fund, PO Box 343 Mt Sterling, Ky 40353.
