STACY GREENWAY Stacy Helen (Harrison) Greenway, died peacefully at home on the afternoon of Dec. 6, 2007. Her long and full life is celebrated by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who are blessed to have learned from her and shared a part of their lives with her. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of many years; and by her three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by a sister; her two children; six grandchildren; her five great-grandchildren and by her faithful friends. Stacie Helen Greenway was a strong, good woman. She was a mother and a grandmother, a faithful friend and a feisty individual. She had a long life, filled with stories and experiences that all who knew her are blessed to have been able to share. Her devotion to her community, though great, paled in comparison to the devotion and love she shared with her family. A teacher of many, and a friend to more - the lessons and love that she shared with all those lives she touched will never be forgotten; her strength and character will continue to serve as an inspiration to those who hold the memory of her life close. She will always be remembered for her spirit and humor, as well as her unwavering and unconditional love for her family. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Greenway may be made to the Mike Edgemon Memorial Fund to benefit the Edgemon children, address your gifts to the Edgemon Fund Administrator, 896 Dry Valley Rd., Philadelphia, TN 37846. The family greeted friends Monday, Dec. 10. The Rev. Brian Courtney and the Rev. Nick Coker presided at a memorial service in the chapel of McGill-Karnes Funeral Home in Loudon.
