Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Francis Bradford will be held Monday, May 12, 2014 at 2pm in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Jena with Rev. Matthew Murrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Nebo Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Jena.

Mrs. Bradford, 65, was born October 22, 1948 in Jena and passed from this life, Friday, May 9, 2014 in Natchez Regional Medical center.

She is a native of Jena, LA and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She enjoyed making anything that involved a needle, from cross stitching to crochet. She loved to read and work any kind of puzzle.

Survivors are her son, Jon Bradford and daughter, Leah Bradford both of Jena; other survivors are her brothers, Mike Buxton of Jena and Daniel Buxton of Tignall,GA; along with sisters Elaine Jones, Barbara Maxwell and Kathy Buxton, all of Jena and Beth Ganey of Glenwood, AK.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Annette Bradford and her parents, Ira and Patsy Hemphill Buxton.

Visitation will be in the funeral home, Sunday, May 11, from 4-9pm and again Monday from 8am until time of the services.
