Death of Mrs. William Stewart

Mr. Robert Demaree this morning received a long distance message from his nephew, Mr. William Stewart, announcing the death of the latter's wife, which occurred at the family home in Kokomo at 10 o'clock last night after a long illness with lung trouble. The decedent formerly lived at Carrollton, Ky., and had many friends in this community who will learn of her death with sincere regret.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Stewart is survived by two small daughters. The remains will be brought to Madison on the train tomorrow evening and the funeral will take place Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Springdale cemetery.

Cause of death: Pulmonary tuberculosis
Can not read parents names on death certificate - copy is too light.
