Mrs. Helen Shauck Emery, 91, long prominent in music circles here, died last night in a hospital.

She sang in the choir of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church for 25 years, and had been a member of the Euterpean Club since soon after her arrival in Fort Worth.
In 1962, a story in the Star-Telegram credited her with perfect attendance at events sponsored by the Fort Worth Civic Music Association. At that time, she had an attendance record of 187 concerts, and she continued going to performances as long as her health permitted.
She also was a member of the Voice Teachers Forum and the Music Teachers Association.
Mrs. Emery was a graduate of Otterbein College at Westerville, Ohio, and did graduate work at Columbia University.
She lived at 2004 Hillcrest.
She is survived by her husband, Richard K. Emery; a son, John Allen Emery of Dallas, and three granddaughters.
