William Penn Harvey V age 58 years, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 12, 2014.
Billy was a cool, quiet man with a warm loving heart. He was a simple guy who enjoyed fishing, cars and watching movies. Billy was caring, compassionate and forgiving and it would be hard to find somebody quite like him. He will be missed by many.
Cherished son of Florence Harvey (nee Speakman) and the late William Penn Harvey, 4th; dear brother to Dorothy Harvey; loving uncle to Michael (Jonenne) and their child Michael Ferguson, Paul Ferguson (Jackie) and Joseph Brett, Jr. Billy leaves behind a favorite Auntie Ruth,and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
