Bertha McKeehan Carlock, age 83, of Rocky Face, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Lamar Carlock and 8 siblings.

She was of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Albert Sheram Carlock of the residence; son & daughter-in-law, Gary & Brenda Carlock of Rocky Face; 2 grandchildren and spouses, Chris & Stacie Carlock and Spencer & April Carlock, all of Rocky Face; 3 great-grandchildren, McCall, Coty and Alexus Carlock, all of Rocky Face; special niece, Matilda McKeehan and daughter Karrie McKeehan, both of Rocky Face; also other nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service to honor the life of Bertha McKeehan Carlock will be held Friday, February 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. A. L. Harris officiating.

Burial will be in Dunagan Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Westside Chapel, Rocky Face.
