Graveside services for Michael Dennis Buxton of Jena, La. will be held at 2 P.M. on Weds. May 21,2014 at Pollock Cemetery, Pollock, La. with the Reverend Larry Chapman officiating. Services will be under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Jena, La. Michael Buxton age 50, entered eternal rest on Saturday May 17,2014 in Jena. He was born Sept.19,1963 in Winnfield, La. and was a 1981 graduate of Jena High School. Mike was a kind and giving man, always ready to lend a hand when help was needed, he did not wait to be asked, he just came to your aid. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Mr. Buxton was preceded in death by his parents Ira and Patsy Buxton. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Grace Hope Buxton, one daughter, Tiffany Stuart, two Granddaughters, Samatha Stuart and Rebecca Stuart all of Jena,La, four sisters one brother and many friends. Visitation will be on Tues. May 20,2014 at Hixson Brothers of Jena and before the procession to the cemetery on Weds. May 21,2014, at 1P.M. Friends and family are asked to meet at the Pollock Cemetery for the 2 P.M. graveside services celebrating the life of Michael Dennis Buxton.
