Frances M. Jones, Born 2 Mar 1858 Linn Co. near New Boston to Edgar and Eliza Jane Dais, died Saturday home of daughter Mrs. W.W. Ellis. Burial Mt. Olivet. Oldest of 11 children 3 brothers and a sister deceased; Oscar M. and Joseph C., New Boston; Emmett H. Davis, Portalnd, OR; Mrs. E.J. Cantwell, Kansas City; Mrs. W.W. Stone, New Boston and Mrs. A.O. McKinney, LaPlata. 28 Dec 1876 wed John M. Jones who died 15 Sep 1926. Since made home with Mrs. Ellis. 4 children, Gladys Olive and Elmer O. deceased; Mrs. Ellis and Dr. H.V. Jones of Marceline. Also 5 grandchildren, Robert N. of St. Louis, Clyde K. of Tulsa, Lieut J.B. of US Naval Medical Corps in Marshall Islands, Lloyd H. of Berkeley, CA and Frances A. Jones, Washington DC.
