Elda Bell Barker was born Aug 2, 1925 in Neodesha, KS to Jennings and Sarah Barker. She was an identical twin to Mary Barker Shanahan who preceded her in death along with five other siblings.
Elda married Delber Ellis Campbell in June 1941 and had three sons, Tom, Duane and Craig. They had 53 years together before his passing the then married Wayne O'Neil of Ottawa in 2000 they had 10 years together before his passing.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ottawa since 1952 and the Oxford Service Forum Class She worked at Ottawa Univ and had a banking career retiring in 1986. She was a volunteer at Ransom Memorial Hospital for 25 years. Served as STate President of Business and Professional Women. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed life. Survivors include the three sons and wives, one brother Joseph Barker 10 grandchildren and 25 Great grandchildren and 12 Great-great grandchildren.
