Mrs. Nora M. Cary, 83, 303 Doxtater Ave., died last night after an illness of four weeks. She was born in the town of Lee, daughter of the late Merritt and Jeanette White Byam. She was married to J. Warren Cary 56 years ago. He died in 1903.
Mrs. Cary had been a resident of Rome for 35 years and was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Fay B. and Warren W. Cary, two daughters, Mrs. Lila Griffin and Mrs. Nettie Bowers, a sister, Mrs. Bertha Eisinger, a brother, Burton Byam and five grandchildren, all of Rome.
