EDNA M. WILLIAMS, 83, of Moore, passed away Jan. 9, 2006. She was born May 1, 1922 to David and Bertha (Butler) Madron.
Edna was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Moore and worked as a sales representative for Avon Cosmetics for 53 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to Elvis, traveling, and her favorite color was red.
Edna is survived by husband M.L. Williams of the home; two sons, Johnny Lee Williams (Carolyn) of Moore, and Tommy Ray Williams (Anita) of Oklahoma City; daughter Loretta June Stanfield of Newalla; five grandchildren, Galen Colquitt, Greg Colquitt, Kimberly Williams-Sims, Stacey Ferguson and Michael Williams; 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Pearlie Patterson of Oak Hills, Calif.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Ruth, Wanda, Ruby and Betty; and brother, Earl.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 at the Central Church of Christ in Moore with interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City.
