Annie passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2005, She lived in Glen Burnie and was the caring sister of L.C. Locklear and Lacey Locklear, and his wife Jesse, all of North Carolina; cherished grandmother of Ronald Brewer of California. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by her Maryland family, Mattie Fields, Bonnie Niesser, and Jeanette Walker. A funeral ceremony will be held Thursday, 1 p.m., in the South Broadway Baptist Church, 211 South Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
