Paul M. Heaward

Oxford- Paul M. Heaward, 63, of, Oxford passed away on Sunday, September 25 at his home. He was born in Leeds on July 26, 1948 the son of James and Laura Turcotte Heaward.

He graduated from Oxford Hills High School and completed sprinkler fitters training program through Penn State University. He worked at Robinson Manufacturing in his teens and early 20s. Then he worked for Local 669 UA for 32 years, working for Automatic Sprinkler, Grinnell Fire and Dean and Allyn Fire Protection.

He married Brenda Knightly on December 14, 1985. He was a member of the Oxford Masonic Lodge and the Local 669 UA. He coached tee ball and little league.

He is survived by his wife Brenda of Oxford; son, Todd and his wife Jamie and their children, Gavin and Reagan of North Carolina, son, Scott and his wife Tiffany and their son Noah of Tennessee, son Brandon and his partner Kristianna Springer and their daughter Adeline of Oxford; sisters, Joan Knightly and partner Dan Footer, Gloria Chicoine and husband Norman (Stub), Jeanette Netzel and husband David; half sister, Rhonda Robinson and husband Lawrence; brothers, Larry and wife Debi, Tom and wife Linda; and Kirt and his partner Lisa Lenahan; his stepfather, Frank Bennett; and special friend and Pauls caregiver Sonja Bean.

He was predeceased by his mother; his father; sister, Jean; and brothers William and Kenny.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 29 at 2 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, 45 Main St, South Paris.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Donations can be made to Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, P O Box 819, Lewiston, ME 04240.
