Margaret "Peg" Malho Almeida, 91, of Lavelle,. passed away Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 at her home in Lavelle,PA Born in Lavelle August 3,1922 the daughter of the late Acacio and Della (Slotterback) Victoriano.
She was a member of St. Mauritius Church, Ashland attended Lavelle Schools and operated Malho Coal Co., Lavelle for many years until retirement.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Anthony Malho and second husband Joseph Almeida. A sister preceded her in death; Irene Dantas.
Surviving are a son Ralph Malho, Lavelle; Brother Ralph Victoriano, Shamokin,PA; Three grandchildren: Tracey wife of Charles Heizenroth; Shelly wife of J D Shutt & Christopher husband of Darlene Malho. Five great grandchildren: Michael & Jordan Zelechoski; Jared Shutt & Desiree and Christopher Malho. Nieces & Nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, Ashland, PA,11:00 AM Saturday, May 31st, with Rev. John W. Bambrick officiating.
