Mrs. MARGARET C. FRANKLIN, 74, of 811 Forest Drive, died Wednesday. Born in Des Moine, Iowa, she was the daughter of Norris and Jessie Ledgerwood Knox. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Franklin.
Prior to her retirement she was the manager of Mt. Pleasant Apartments in Washington, DC.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Marie L. Hartzell, Hagerstown; and one brother, Ralph D. Knox, Atlanta, Ga.
Services were held at the Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
