Mrs. Walter Broeker, 62, of 1128 New York Ave., Manitowoc, died Saturday at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Glenn Unke will officiate and burial will be at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mrs. Broeker, nee Cecelia Janesky, was born Oct. 5, 1905, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Michael and Rose Przyhil Janesky. She married Walter Broeker Nov. 12, 1928, at Waukegan, Ill. She was a member of the Ladies Aid at Immenual [sic] Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include her husband: two daughters, Mrs. Ed (Joan) Vetting, of Charlevoix, Mich., and Mrs. Matthew (Jane) Pellegrom, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; three brothers Frank, Ed, and Stanley of Manitowoc; three sisters, Miss Helen Janesky, of New York Mills, Minn.; Mrs. Alex Tomchek, of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Alfred Hurley, of Two Rivers; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 4 p.m. Monday until noon Tuesday.
