Charles H. Scherle Sr., 73, of 618 Park ave. Lindenwold, a retired plasterer, died Wednesday in West Jersey Hospital.
A former Philadelphia resident, he lived in Lindenwold tree years.
Surviving are three sons, Charles H. Scherle Jr. and John L., both of Philadelphia and Alfred E. of Sewell; a daughter, William F. Morgan of Lindenwold; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in a funeral home at 1125 W. Leigh ave., Philadelphia, where friends my call Friday night.
Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia.
