ERNEST BLASCZYK
Ernest Blaszczyk(sic), 70, of 2404 W. River St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday afternoon at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Klein and Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. James Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mr. Blaszczyk was born Feb. 1, 1898, at Pulaski, a son of the late Frank and Clara Blaszczyk. He came to Two Rivers 45 years ago and was employed as a trucker at the Hamilton Mfg. Co. until retiring five years ago. He married Mary Zywicki Sept. 7, 1927, at Two Rivers. He was a member of Hamilton Goodfellow Club.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Doris) Heyroth of Mishicot and Mrs. Dale (Marilyn) Schultz of Two Rivers; five sons, Robert of California, Roman of Valparaiso, Ind., and Daniel, Richard and Raymond, all of Two Rivers; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine Witulski and Mrs. Rose Hanlon, both of Chicago, and Mrs. Pauline Szymanski and Mrs. Victoria Piora, both of Pulaski; two brothers, Edward of Green Bay and Frank of Pulaski, and seven grandchildren. A son, Paul, was killed in the Korean conflict in 1951.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
