Heather was born on May 4, 1981 in Two Rivers to Nancy (Deja) Down and Alfredo M. Arostegui. She attended Washington High School, Two Rivers, graduating with the class of 2000.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Donald Deja; and an aunt: Pamela (Deja) Haines. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2007, at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapel, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers. The Rev. William G. O'Brien will officiate at the service, with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels after 12:30 p.m. on Friday until the time of service at 1:30 p.m.
